Shipping Policy
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that all orders also require processing time at our warehouse before shipment. Estimated processing and delivery times are listed below.

1.Shipping Charges
Orders over $99 AUD qualify for free shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart value. The shipping fee will be included in your final payment at checkout.
2. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to monitor your package using updates provided by the shipping carrier.
3. Parcels Damaged During Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery from the courier whenever possible and contact our customer support team immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were unavailable, please get in touch with customer service for further assistance.
4. Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary depending on local customs regulations, and Printed Seeds encourages customers to review potential fees before placing an order.
If you choose not to pay the required duties or taxes, the package may be returned to Printed Seeds at the customer’s expense. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the value of the products only, minus return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we can process the cancellation at no additional charge. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy for further guidance.
6. Shipping Insurance
All parcels are insured against loss or damage up to the value specified by the shipping provider.
6.1 Damaged Parcels
Refunds or replacements for damaged shipments will be processed once the courier completes its investigation.
6.2 Lost Parcels
If a shipment is confirmed lost after investigation by the courier, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement.
