What is Printed Seeds Return Policy?


Our goal is to keep our customers happy, so we handle returns with care. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. You have 30 days to try your Printed Seeds items, with the assurance that you can return them for any reason within that period and receive store credit.

How do I return an order?


You can initiate a return online. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue your refund in the form of store credit.

Can I exchange an item?
 

The easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the one you want and return the original item.

What condition should my return be in?
 

All returned items must be in resalable condition, meaning they must not be worn or washed.

  • If the item came with tags, they must remain attached.

  • If it didn’t include tags, it can still be returned as long as it is unworn and unwashed.

Items that don’t meet these requirements will be sent back to you, and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?


We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item is defective and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply return it. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact us to arrange a return.

 

What is your discount code policy?
 

If a discount code was used on your order, the discounted amount will not be refunded, credited, or transferred.
